At Robin Trivette, PMHNP-BC, PLLC, I provide personalized psychiatric medication management and individual therapy when clinically appropriate. I offer in-person appointments in Cary, North Carolina, and telehealth services for adults throughout North Carolina.

My approach begins with listening. During a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, I take time to understand your symptoms, medical history, personal experiences, and treatment goals. Together, we discuss whether psychiatric medication may be appropriate, including potential benefits, risks, side effects, and alternatives. Medication is not automatically the answer, and treatment decisions are made collaboratively.

I believe effective mental health treatment requires more than prescribing medication. I emphasize ongoing assessment, patient education, careful medication monitoring, and individualized treatment planning. When appropriate and with your permission, I collaborate with your therapist, primary care provider, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate your care. If you need additional psychotherapy, I can also help you explore options for finding a therapist who meets your needs.
